How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be packed and shipped out within 5 working days, and delivery should take approximately 2 working days.

How much is shipping? (SGD)
All orders below $50 will have a shipping fee of $3.50.
Orders $50 and above will receive free shipping.

Can I track my order?
All local orders will be tracked via SingPost registered service and you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped out.

I input my tracking number but it is "not found".
Delivery status should be updated within 1-2 working days from when your order was shipped out. Should you encounter this, please do try again later.

As tracking is managed by SingPost, we are unfortunately unable to provide any other updates.

However, if this persists for more than 3 working days after receiving your tracking number, do let us know.
